We may suspend or withdraw Tapmydata

This section only applies to End Users who are seeking to create or have created an account with Us.
You will be asked to choose a username and password as part of our security procedures. You must treat that information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

How you may use material on Tapmydata
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Tapmydata, and in the material published on it (except for user’s contributions – intellectual property rights in those belongs to the user). User-generated content is not approved or monitored by us
We have enabled all End Users (individuals or organisations who have accounts with Tapmydata) with the ability to create Data Channels, which represent an encrypted way of secure communication between End Users and Partners (pre-approved organisations, which have entered into separate Agreement with Tapmydata), when requested.
Tapmydata allows End Users and Partners to interact with each other by way of sending and receiving data via our Data channels. For avoidance of doubt, data can be any form of communication, transaction, etc. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on Tapmydata do not represent our views or values.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Please note that we only provide Tapmydata for domestic and private use. You agree not to use Tapmydata for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Interacting on Tapmydata
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to post content to Tapmydata, or interact with other users of Tapmydata, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You promise that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and compensate us for any loss we suffer if you break that promise.
Any content, aside from your personal identifiable information, you upload to Tapmydata will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you agree for us to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available as we see fit in compliance with Privacy legislation.
We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any interaction or content posted or uploaded by you to Tapmydata constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on Tapmydata if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You must not introduce malware onto Tapmydata
You must not misuse Tapmydata by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Tapmydata, the server on which Tapmydata is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Tapmydata. You must not attack Tapmydata via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Tapmydata will cease immediately.
Rules about linking to Tapmydata
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
