Tapmydata offers contact-tracing solution for the UK’s hospitality industry

Government plans to ask people to register when they enter an establishment are causing concern in the hospitality trade.
One way is for pubs to each keep records of all patrons, but this can infringe their privacy and creates safety and data protection risks.
The UK government has no solution of their own in place to meet the planned reopening date of 4th July. Tapmydata solves this by offering a free app to patrons where they scan a QR code on entrance or at the bar to create a record of their check-in.
All data is kept securely on the users’ phone and their contact details accessed by venues on a secure basis. Tapmydata has no access to the users or the data they share.
